Frequently asked questions
How do I book?
Send an enquiry with your dates and guests. The owner replies to confirm availability and any questions, and you pay the owner directly. There is no booking platform in between.
What is the minimum stay?
Short stays have a minimum of 3 nights. Long stays run from one to six months, October to April.
How many people can stay?
The villa sleeps 6. Over 4 guests there is a charge of EUR 15 per night for each extra guest. These figures are made up for this sample.
Can we bring a pet?
Pets are on request. Tell the owner in your enquiry and they will confirm.
Is the pool safe for children?
The pool is private and unsupervised, so please watch children at all times. A cot is available on request.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
Is there Wi-Fi and a place to work?
Yes. There is Wi-Fi and a desk for work, which is why the villa suits winter stays.
Do I need a car?
A village shop is a short walk, but the beach and the airport are a drive away. The area page shows the distances.
What about cancellations?
Terms are agreed with the owner when your dates are confirmed.
