The deposit
A deposit is held on a card at pick-up and released when you return the vehicle. The amount depends on the vehicle, and it isn't part of your total.

What do I need to rent?
Usually a driving licence, an ID or passport and a card for the deposit. A real site lists its own requirements.

How is the rental period counted?
Every started 24 hours counts as a day. Prices drop for rentals of 7 days or more.
Is there an age limit?
Drivers aged 21–24 and 71+ pay an extra EUR 6 per day. A real site lists its own rules.
At pick-up
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is held on a card at pick-up and released when you return the vehicle. The amount depends on the vehicle.
Can you bring the car to the airport or my hotel?
Yes. Delivery to the airport or your hotel is free. Delivery somewhere else costs a one-off fee, shown when you book.
What happens if my flight is late?
Tell us your flight details in the booking note. We'll track your arrival and wait for you.
Can I return the car somewhere else?
Yes. Choose a different drop-off place when you book, for a one-off EUR 15.
On the road
Do scooters come with helmets?
Yes. Every scooter comes with two helmets.
Is there a kilometre limit?
No. Every rental includes unlimited kilometres.
What if something goes wrong on the road?
Call us, day or night. Roadside help comes with every rental. A real site lists its own process.
Can someone else drive too?
Yes. An extra driver is EUR 5 per day, and free on rentals of 7 days or more.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, on request when you book: EUR 4 per day, up to 2 per car.
